Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a comfortable house, with a good book in a comfy chair on the rear verandah, or out the back under the shade of a tree.
The house is perfect for just one or two couples or a small family.
Walk through the front door into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.
The large backyard has firepit and new gas BBQ. There have recently been some very large trees removed and therefore the yard is still recovering from this. Sommarhuset is a place you can relax and enjoy listening to the sound of the ocean while at the same time watch the amazing bird life in their natural environment in the bush. In addition to the friendly kookaburras you might be able to spot a kangaroo or two out the back.
The house is laid out on one level with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Note that the second queen sized room with ensuite is accessed via the bedroom with 2 single beds Accommodation is available for 6 people on two queen beds and 2 single beds.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots to help you to cook up a feast. Alternatively, the gas BBQ located on the deck is a great idea for evening family meals.
There is also the local club with courtesy bus to take you for an evening meal at your convenience.
The local golf course and lawn bowls also provide a great days activity.

Callala Beach is a lovely sleepy beach side neighbourhood where you and the kids can safely ride your bikes up and down the street. The community centre on Quay Rd has a tennis court that is available for rental and at times has beachside yoga and other activities on offer.
There are also two bike and walking paths in Callala Beach. One leading to Callala Bay and its boat ramp, across the creek and giving you scenic views of Jervis Bay along the water. The second leads to Myola where you can access the Husky Ferry which takes you to Huskisson. The ride to Myola takes you through the bush where you encounter local wildlife on a regular basis! JBs Myola also provides a bike, kayak & SUP service at Currambene creek.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
