Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

The house was amazing! We wished we stayed longer. So many amenities and the extra things made it special like bikes, games, the ironing board, vacuum, the TVs, the large dining table, the couches were very comfortable, the outdoor table was fantastic and the outdoor shower was an excellent amenity and highly appreciated. The location was great with 2 beaches that were a small walk away and 10 minutes drive to THE Hyams Beach and it is close to Coles for groceries and there was so much parking available. Everything was so clean and very comfortable, the number one highlight were the beds!! They were so comfortable and the duvets were so fluffy, it made it hard to get out of bed! The kitchen was great, the coffee machine was handy and cutlery and kitchenware we stocked however, we did hope for another frying pan because there was only 1 but we worked around it. Bathrooms were clean and big with large counter space Loved the open spaces and how everything was perfect for our group of 8. Highly recommend, just remember to bring your beach towels!

The house is fantastic. It's located right near some beaches. The bedrooms are comfortable, everything is spotless. There's plenty of living areas and seating. The kitchen was stocked well and we cooked in both nights and made use of the bbq. We were 4 adult couples, but I can see this place working well for families. Check in was easy, communication was clear. Plenty of parking.
