Welcome to The Loft - a brand new holiday home only minutes from the beach, skate park/playground and local shops, this house makes for the perfect family holiday. Pet friendly, also means the entire family can go on holiday together and make great memories.

The Loft has been architecturally designed and built with 3 families in mind, enjoying a holiday together. The house has 2 loft style bedrooms which feature a downstairs section with queen bed and a ladder to the loft above with 3 single beds each (see photos). The main bedroom is upstairs with queen bed and two single beds and an ensuite. This area overlooks the downstairs living and can be curtained off for privacy and comfort.

On a family holiday, the last thing the parents want to hear is “I am bored”, so having table football, Netflix, a dart board and black board, Xbox, board games, a life sized Jenga and more, all in a separate rumpus room, those words won’t be heard.

Rinse the sand off with the outdoor hot / cold shower, then settle in for a relaxing afternoon.

Everyone can stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather, with the air conditioning throughout and indoor fireplace, you can spread out across the comfortable couches, watch Netflix, or take a board game to the outdoor area for a battle of wits. Round everyone up in the backyard and cook up a storm on the BBQ and Pizza Oven and your furry friends can enjoy all of this with you.

Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; the shining sands and sparkling waves will always be close by, and you can explore the nearby Crookhaven Lighthouse Walking Track, or hop in the car and drive the short distance to local wineries, historical sites or just wander the local shops and restaurants. There’s so much to see and do, and however you spend your time in this beautiful vista, The Loft will ensure all the memories you make are happy ones to last a lifetime.

Property Specific Notes

Two bedrooms in this property have a ladder to access the loft, housing 3 single beds, not suitable for very young children.

This property has external security cameras located at the front of the house covering the driveway.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
Property is not fully fenced.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Notes
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

This place really does have it all!

Thanks for a lovely stay at The Loft - this place really does have it all! Plenty of room for our outdoor (and indoor) dinners followed by a glass of wine by the well stocked fire pit. When the kids had eaten their weight in marshmallows they headed to the rumpus room where they entertained themselves with karaoke, darts, xbox and table football. Lots of room inside for everyone and some fun sleeping places for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could think of. It’s a great location in a quiet street with lots of parking and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Loved the outdoor HOT shower so we could get the sand off the kids before they went inside. Dogs loved it, kids loved it, adults loved it – space for everyone to enjoy and close to everything. Will definitely be back!!!
