Just walk down the timber stairway to Tilbury Cove for a cooling dip or to walk along the shores of Culburra Beach. Warrain beach is also just 200 m from the property. After a day at the beach sit back on the balcony and relax while watching the dolphins at play.
Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, living and dining area with views and double garage to park the cars. The fourth bedroom contains a double sofa bed and can be used as either a bedroom or a quiet reading room.
Tilbury Breeze has everything you need for your perfect vacation. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite, the second bedroom has 2 sets of single bunks and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a third bathroom in the laundry which has a washing machine and clothes dryer.
Situated only 2.5 hours from Sydney and Canberra, Culburra Beach is the ideal holiday destination whether you are looking for an extended stay or simply a weekend getaway.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Positive: Great location, views were amazing. House had everything you needed and more. Bedding setup fantastic. Negative: The downstairs area surfaces and floor was a bit sticky. Upstairs was very clean. The bbq was not cleaned. A later checkout on Sunday would have been great as we wanted to use the beach in the morning, come back for a shower and then hit the road but we didn’t have time. Parental lock on Netflix code unknown

Negative: Be very careful if you park your car on the street. The parking rangers were around every day over the long weekend (in winter time) issuing tickets. Positive: Amazing place, wonderful views with all the facilities you need. Excellent customer service: A few of the bedroom lights were out, we messaged the staff who immediately responded and sent someone to fix them.
