There are some terrific features on offer here, fabulous elevated position, great views and a huge 920 square metre block (approx.) all combine to make this property quite unique.

The two storey home has four bedrooms with the main having en-suite, built in robes and access to a private verandah whilst the remaining three have built-ins. The living areas are made up of a formal lounge room, dining area and a terrific second living room upstairs, with a lovely verandah to take in the gorgeous views.

The Oregon timber kitchen has plenty of cupboard and bench space and adjoins the open plan living space, creating the social hub of the home.

Convenient for after the beach or when guests come to stay, there is a second shower and toilet in the laundry, making three in total.

The large double garage has internal access, whilst wide gates allow vehicle access to the huge back yard.

Controlling your climate will be easy, with the natural sea breeze, along with the ducted air-conditioning system.

The location is outstanding, being in a quiet cul de sac and having such terrific views of Lake Wollumboola, whilst still only a short walk to one of the South Coast's most beautiful beaches.

Linen:
Linen Service full property all beds, $220 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

This property is NOT pet friendly.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Notes:

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
