This amazing beach house was designed to embrace the natural beauty of Currarong.

Tula in Zulu means “be peaceful, be tranquil”. Tula has been designed with three themes in mind:

* to create an environment which is peaceful and tranquil,

* to embrace the beauty of being on the beach front reserve

* a home away from home to be enjoyed with family and friends

From the moment you step inside you will love the style and class of this incredible home. Decorated in neutral shades of caramel, grey and soft ocean splashes of blue, you immediately feel at rest. The house is finished with Spotted Gum flooring and magnificent Italian travertine bathrooms and furnished with only the very best. The open plan living area features bi-fold doors which completely fold back, to allow a seamless flow to the outside deck and entertaining pavilion. The pavilion also features an indoor / outdoor wet bar which has the perfect aspect to enjoy the sunset, which means many a sundowner can be enjoyed from the bar. This area also features a Weber gas BBQ.

Tula is not only a fantastic summer house that has wonderful cool pockets to escape for an afternoon nap, but its also a great place to enjoy in the cooler months reading a book in front of the fireplace enjoying a good drop of red.

It is really a house to be enjoyed and Currarong is a great place to just get away from it all.

Currarong is a tranquil little fishing village with friendly people and beautiful scenery. It has a wild untamed beauty which combines tropical turquoise shaded water with rugged bush landscape. Currarong has sheltered beaches in a Marine National Park which makes wildlife very accessible. Pelicans spend their day on the beach waiting patiently for scraps from fishermen. Dolphins and whales can be watched from the beach frolicking in the bay.

Currarong's fishing is among the best on the South Coast of New South Wales. It is the closest landing point to the world famous Sir John Young Banks where numerous Australian records have been taken in the game fishing scene. Currarong is also very famous for land based game fishing where Marlin, Yellow Fin Tuna and extra large Kingfish are taken from the rocks on live bait every year. Currarong is also a hot spot for table fish species include Bream, Flathead, Snapper, Whiting and Black Fish.

Pets are NOT welcome at this property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
