Urchins at Currarong is a clean and tidy, two bedroom holiday house situated on the northern side of Jervis Bay on the beautiful South Coast. Centrally located with an easy walk to a number of picturesque beaches, new modern boat launching ramp and the famous Zac's fish and chips. Follow the sun with verandahs front and back and enjoy views of the ocean from the breakfast bar on the back deck.

Urchins will accommodate up to 5 people providing 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and a tri bunk plus a single in the second. It has open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a bathroom. You can enjoy all year round cooking with a large BBQ and a custom built outdoor wood fired pizza oven in the large backyard.

Currarong offers a number of beach options on either side of the peninsular, depending on which direction the wind is coming from, you can always find a protected beach suitable for children and paddling, or a surf beach nearby.

With only a short walk to the beach, the creek and the rock pool, this is an affordable holiday for a small family or a couple. There is also plenty of room to park the boat and the car.

Linen:
Linen Service full property all beds, $200 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. If you don’t book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

This property does NOT have internet access or Wi-fi.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Amazing perfect beach holiday

A lovely relaxing place, easy walking distance to the beach, park, bush walks and deli. Fully stocked with boogie boards, a mini mal, and a bike for every age, tyres pumped up ready to go. Was nice not to have wifi, but a selection of kids dvds available when needed. Kitchen equipment for every eventuation. We enjoyed the bungalow breezeway living, and the kids loved pizza night and marshmallows cooked in the pizza oven.

We stayed at Urchins through the Australia Day weekend, the house is very well equipped, the pizza oven was great! The house was close to great beaches and an easy walk to amenities. Would definitely recommend.
