This modern, well presented three-bedroom duplex, located in a quiet street, is less than 350-metres walk away to patrolled Fingal Beach. You can start your mornings with a jog along the beach or cycle on the nearby pathways, before packing the family up to hit the beach all day. Fingal is the perfect beach for all the family, great waves for those who love to boogie or body board near the surf club, or the gentle waves of Kiddies Corner on the southern end that also has a boat ramp for easy trailer boat access.

With plenty of parking outside for a boat and trailer and a shady-fully fenced backyard, this property is hard to beat for fishing enthusiasts and boating families alike. Offering simple but comfortable furnishings, it has an air-conditioned, open plan living area with a large flat screen TV and ceiling fans. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with a large breakfast bar that can seat up to three guests, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and full-sized fridge, to make catering for the hungry a breeze.

Fall asleep listening to the sound of waves crashing from the master bedroom, that has a comfortable queen size bed with a second wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan. Here you can escape from the kids for a while and catch up on some holiday viewing. The generous second bedroom has another queen size bed, with ceiling fan with the third bedroom offering a tri-bunk. All rooms have built-in-robes.

There is a modern bathroom with bath-tub, shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Living area opens out to a fully enclosed landscaped yard with covered entertaining area which offers an outdoor setting and Weber gas BBQ for those relaxing afternoon family BBQ's.

Whitesands Hideaway is perfectly positioned to make the most of your time in Fingal Bay. A few hundred meters from the golden sands of Fingal Bay Beach it’s also close to Fingal Park and morning coffee from Longboat Cafe. Explore the endless bush, bike and running trails that criss-cross the area or enjoy the amazing coastal walk beginning at nearby Tomaree National Park and Barry Park. This is also an excellent vantage point for whale watching during the annual migration or just great for a family BBQ and snorkelling. In the afternoon, the girls can head down for cocktails overlooking stunning Fingal Beach at Saltwater or an early meal with the family at the Fingal Sport and Rec club less than two kilometres away.

The delightful shops of Market Street are just around the corner with a Friendly Grocer, Newsagent, local fuel stop and Cellar Café for something casual or the more formal setting of Saltwater restaurant all close by. A little further down the road is Shoal Bay, with a decent choice of Mediterranean inspired food options or modern pub fare. The kids will love jumping from the jetty here while mum and dad enjoy the local gelato. However, you like to spend your time, Whitesands Hideaway is the perfect location to base yourself while you explore this Blue Water paradise.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

This place was a great stay. It is well furnished, very clean and well stocked. Has lovely outdoor spaces which is great for summer dinners. And bathroom and bedrooms are good - beds very comfortable. Loved having ceiling fans and aircon for summer! Very good living space indoors - pretty sizeable. We loved staying here!
