Our lovely three bedroom, two bathroom apartment (bedroom one: one queen bed with en-suite, bedroom two: one queen bed and bedroom three: two single beds) Accommodates: 6. This stylish air conditioned apartment is located within easy walking distance to Nelson Bay.

The Location – The Apartment is located in the boutique Borboleta building in Nelson Bay. An easy stroll to Nelson Bay CBD, the Marina and Nelson Bay beach (500m) where there is safe swimming and kayak / paddle board hire (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends, and Easter). Its’ central location means that guests are ideally placed to enjoy all the towns vibrant activities. Nelson Bay has become renowned for its fresh seafood, awarding winning restaurants, dolphin and whale watching, diving, fishing and aquatic activities. Nelson Bay offers a variety of shops and boutiques, several restaurants, bars and cafes serving a broad range of food styles. Just east of the unit (600m) you will find the tiny aquatic reserve of Fly Point which offers exceptional diving and snorkelling with an abundance of marine life. You will discover native species unique to Port Stephens. Fly Point Park offers picnic tables and a skate park for the kids and markets at the Weekends. The wider area of Port Stephens is a great place to explore by bike! From rugged mountain biking along coastal tracks to family friendly cycle paths. Bring your own, join an organised tour or hire a bike once here. The lovely Shoal Bay is a short 3km drive.

The Apartment – sophisticated and modern with air conditioned throughout offers open plan living. It is delightfully decorated with contemporary furnishings and a pop of colour in every room. The open plan area has floating floorboards throughout and the bedrooms are carpeted. The living area includes two three-seater lounges, a reading nook, flat screen smart TV, WiFi, and the dining table has a glass top and 6 chairs. The large family bathroom has a spa bath and separate walk in shower.

Bring the outside in, as this area flows out to a covered balcony with outdoor furnishings offering stunning water views. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes full fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of bench and cupboard space.

The three generously sized bedrooms all with built in robes are positioned at the front of the apartment, the master bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite with shower. The other two bedrooms offer a queen bed in one and two single beds in the other. The main bathroom features both a shower and a spa bath.

The Apartment also features an internal laundry with Miele front loader washing machine and condenser dryer and a double lock up garage.

There really is nothing else to bring other than your personal effects and yourselves, linen is included in your stay!

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We had a great time in this beautiful apartment. Just 2 hours from Sydney and an easy 5 minute walk to all the cafes and all the shops in Nelson Bay. Well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We even went whale watching and saw a mum and calf. Special memories.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful apartment. Just over 2 hours from Sydney and only 5 minutes to restaurants and shops in Nelson Bay. Well appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Plenty to see and do, we especially enjoyed the many walks around the water front. Would highly recommend a stay at this unit.
