Our lovely holiday home is located between four popular beach holiday locations, where you can sit back on the front deck on a warm summers night, inhale the sweet ocean aroma, take in the breeze and take in the mountain views beyond. Our beautiful three bedroom, two storey duplex around the corner and within walking distance from One Mile Beach, down the road from Boat Harbour Beach and Kingsley Beach, and a 5 minute drive to the iconic Birubi Beach.

Featuring an open plan living area lounge/dining, which opens onto a front balcony, two bathrooms, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a small rear yard and double lock up garage for your use.

All that you need for your perfect family get away is here! Bring the kids, the surf board, boat, jet ski, boogie board, fishing rod, beach towels and don’t forget the beach umbrella!

Located down the road from vantage views for whale watching, where you can frolic in the rock pools or travel 5 minutes down the road from the iconic Birubi beach take the 4-wd into the dunes, have a surf, swim or camel ride!

Conveniently located close to the Anna bay township, within a 2 minute drive, and 10 minutes to the Nelson Bay township, with cafes, restaurants, hairdressers, gift shops, boutiques, major supermarket chains and so much more, this place is close to everything, including the local bus, if you wish to leave the car at home.

Take the other half on a date night and make use of our local nanny service, or take the whole family for a lovely summer night out, listen to a band, and enjoy one of the many cafes, restaurants or clubs within 10 minutes drive away. Or sit back and enjoy a coffee at one of the beach-side cafes that overlooks one of our many iconic surf and swimming beaches.

All our holiday properties are non-smoking.

Linen:
This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or book the linen service. The property has pillows, blankets and quilts.

The linen service is $60 for King/Queen and $50 for Single. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

Notes:

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
