Bombora is ideal for guests visiting the bay for recreational holidays and sporting events with the Fingal Bay Surf Club approximately 400m from the front door and the Fingal Bay Sports & Rec Club just 650m from the duplex for travelling bowlers.

GROUND LEVEL: The light filled separate lounge room has a comfortable new lounge suite, flat screen TV, DVD, and WIFI, glass and timber coffee table plus a selection of books for guests to enjoy. Walk from the lounge through the spacious fully equipped kitchen which includes stove top and under-bench oven, microwave, a full size fridge / freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 4 stools and ample space to prepare family meals. The dining room is positioned adjacent to the kitchen where you will be able to dine with friends and family at the timber dining suite with 6x chairs or step through the sliding glass doors to a covered alfresco dining area with 6x piece timber outdoor setting, rear pergola with gas BBQ. Aircon & Heating – split system in living.

The master bedroom and ensuite are also positioned on the ground level and offer a queen size bed, side tables with reading lamps, ceiling fan, build-in robe and bathroom with glass shower, vanity and toilet. **2 air conditioners on the lower level.

UPSTAIRS LEVEL: 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a Queen size bed and one with 2 single bedside table and built-in robe. There is a covered balcony to sit and relax with a good book soaking up the sun and the cool sea breezes. The main bathroom comes with a standard size bath, glass shower, vanity and toilet.

Other features include internal laundry facilities with a top loading washing machine, (dryer located in garage) plus access to the rear courtyard and outdoor clothes line.

There is a single lock-up garage for your vehicle, surf boards and kids bikes with a second space available on the driveway for your trailer boat or jet skis. Garage Dimensions: Depth-5.6m, Height-2.1m.

Walk to the beach via walk way beside the tennis courts, just across the road. The position of this holiday home is perfect, two streets from the beach, doggy run, kids park, and a short walk to the Sports Club, Longboat Cafe and not too far to the shops on Market Street.

Linen:
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff.

Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
