Located close to the heart of Shoal Bay, within 10 minutes’ walk to the crystal clear waters and pure white sands of Shoal Bay’s swimming beach and the iconic Country Club. The village atmosphere offers lots of casual restaurants and gift shops to browse through. There’s lots to do; watch the sunset from the jetty, take a coastal walk around the scenic Tomaree Headlands, go surfing at one of the local surf beaches; Fingal Bay Beach, Zenith and Box Beach which are all within walking distance of C A L M’s front door. There’s a safe, off road cycleway that leads to Fingal Bay with its popular children’s playground and for a longer ride, cycle safely all the way into Nelson Bay. This property truly offers a complete beach holiday getaway.
This property offers three bedrooms (all with robes), two bathrooms and also a separate powder room, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, complete with luxury finishes and furnishings inside and out. The living room leads to a large undercover alfresco dining area at the rear with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a gorgeous swing seat where you can sit back, read a book and enjoy the warm summer air. Oil heaters are provided to keep you toasty warm in winter.

This is a property that provides full linen, including bath towels.
There is off street parking in the driveway plus a secure single lock up garage with internal access to store your bikes, scooters, boating or surf gear. The large fully enclosed landscaped back yard is perfect for the children to run around, kick a ball and play safely.
Other inclusions provided for your enjoyment is a full kitchen with walk in pantry, stocked well with quality pans and kitchenware for those who love to cook, quality Bosch appliances including a dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, bar stools to sit up at the large stone breakfast bench. The large laundry has a washing machine and dryer; the open plan lounge room complete with brand new, comfy chase lounge and furniture, smart TV with unlimited WIFI; and a stunning dining table, with enough seating for you all to enjoy a family meal. For those that are study orientated or needing to do a little remote work, set up your laptop in the dedicated study nook centrally located so you can still keep an eye on the kids, it is complete with desk, storage cupboards and USB connection and phone charging point. There’s even a beach umbrella, beach towels, beach bag and a couple of boogie boards for your use for a fun day at the beach but don’t forget to swim between the flags! Property also has split cycle air conditioning. There is also a fence yard and its just a walk to Fingal Beach.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
