Elevate @ Fingal Bay, formerly known as Forever at Fingal Bay is a luxury 4 bedroom holiday home, newly renovated and really is a very, very special place for our owners. They have been generous enough to allow holiday makers to share the same special experience that they enjoy inside and outside of this home all year around.

Ideal for a weekend getaway or family holiday long stay, this home exudes luxury, class, and style. This home is ideal for two families holidaying together or a large extended family. Please note we do not accept more than 7 adults and parties of any sort including hens/stag parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Set high on the hill side of the National Park, experience ultimate water views and whale watching (over the whale season), at the front of the property, and a wilderness holiday at the rear of the property. Watch the sunrise at the front of the home and the sun set through the gumtrees at the rear.

Our owners have spared nothing inside this modern holiday home, with coastal style furnishings and fittings. Complete with separate living spaces for 2 families to enjoy, the adults can enjoy getting together in one living area, and children in the other living area. There is ample bedding, full linen and bed makes, sleeps 10 (8 in beds + 2 in sofa bed) including:

Top level:
. Queen bed in bedroom one
. Bunk bed in bedroom two
. Two king singles in bedroom three

Lower level:
. King bed or two king singles in bedroom four (please request your preference at time of booking)
. Double sofa bed in the alcove rear / reading nook of the downstairs living area (only available upon request - please contact our team in advance to avoid last minute bed-making fees )

Inside this spacious home there is two large living areas, both with ample seating, large, smart flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, with access for you to use your own Netflix, Stan account during your stay.

You can enjoy the ocean view from almost every angle of this property, from the kitchen, dining, and both lounge areas, and from the main bedroom upstairs and downstairs, both complete with their own balcony access.

Bring the outside in and inside out, from the living area upstairs where you can walk out onto the balcony, recline on one of the outdoor chairs with a good book and glass of wine whilst you overlook Fingal Bay and the famous spit to Shark Island. You can also do the same off the downstairs living area, on the undercover veranda at the front of the property.

Elevate @ Fingal Bay provides 2 bathrooms for the comfort of guests. The upstairs bathroom is complete with shower and bath and separate toilet. There's a beautifully renovated modern bathroom downstairs, with a shower recess that must be seen to be believed, plus a separate toilet.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality cooking appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic complimentary condiments. There is plenty of bench space to prepare meals whilst enjoying the wilderness view of the rear yard, or an ocean view on the other side of the kitchen, whilst you sit at the breakfast bar, enjoying a snack whilst watching the whales swim by afar.

The laundry is set for your use during your stay with a washing machine and dryer.

The rear yard has a beautiful Australian bush backdrop, overlooked through the kitchen window. The living area has views right out to the ocean, perfect when enjoying a BBQ meal on the outdoor furniture.

Located within a 5-minute walk to the water’s edge, where the sands are pure white, and the water is crystal clear. The property is set in one of the high side streets overlooking the iconic Fingal Surf Club, close to golf courses, the bowling and sports club, perfect for those special family and wedding events.

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with full covers, we do not triple sheet. BYO Beach Towels.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property has a $500 cash bond. The bond is refundable within 14 days providing there are no damages to the property.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
