Our holiday property is only fresh to the holiday market, oozing charm and space inside and out. Bring the family or have an adult get away, this property is perfect for all. Surrounded by beaches galore, including swimming and surf beaches, you will not be disappointed. From the iconic Fingal Surf beach, across the spit to the historic lighthouse overlooking ocean waters, tropical waters of Shoal bay beach, only 5 minutes drive away and sitting just below the iconic Tomaree headlands, and within a stones to the amazing surf beaches such as Box and Zenith beach.

Pet friendly, 3 bedroom plus bunk room, airconditioned, with free wifi, holiday home, complete with room for the boat, double car garage and carport with room in the rear of the yard to wash the boat and the dog! The rear yard is fully enclosed for safety and security, a large entertaining area with table and chairs, BBQ facilities and more to sit back and relax around the barbie on a warm summers’ night.

This property really is complete with the lot, close to the beach, what more could you ask for, to start your perfect family holiday getaway. Don't think for a moment that you need to leave behind your favourite water toy (boat, jet ski, kayak or all bring them all, there is ample room) But don’t forget your best mate, your holiday would not be complete without your four legged friend, our home caters for all.

There is a formal lounge, located at the front of the house, with beautiful leather lounges, ceiling fans for those hot summer nights and heating for the winter time, large tv, chromcast and free wifi to watch your favourite netflix account on, or sit back and watch the footy or the cricket, complete with bar area complete for entertaining for the adults members of the family, and a rear lounge perfect for the kids to get away with another couch and tv. There is a large kitchen complete with all essentials, open plan, fully equipped with all cooking facilities, microwave oven, full size fridge as well as glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. and a breakfast bar with a round meal table at the end is complete with bar stools, complete for additional seating for mealtime. There are 2 bathrooms facilitating 9 family members in all, laundry with washing machine and dryer and a large clothesline in the rear yard to hang the swimmers and towels to dry ready for the next day. Porta cot and highchair are also provided.

Linen:
This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or book the linen service. The property has pillows, blankets and quilts.

The linen service is $60 for King/Queen and $50 for Single. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels are included (BYO beach towels).

Please contact our guest services team to book. A discount will be offered if the service is booked for less sleeping positions.

Property Specific Notes:
Pets are welcome at this property. There may be a surcharge to have your pet stay please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.  

Notes:
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
