The word Mandala means 'circle'. A Mandala represents wholeness, a cosmic diagram reminding us of our relation to infinity, extending beyond and within our bodies and minds.

Mandala is a two storey, three bedroom house on a large corner block with expansive wooden verandahs at front and rear. The rear verandahs provide amazing views over the Crookhaven River across to Greenwell Point and the mountains beyond. The ideal spot to spend evenings relaxing after your day of adventures.

This home has 3 sleeping rooms with 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and a set of single bunks. It has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, and 2 living spaces. This home is ideally suited to one or two families, couples or small groups.

The kitchen, dining and living areas flow out onto the large sunny balcony capturing breath-taking water views of the Crookhaven River and right out to Mt. Coolangatta.

Mandala is a fully self-contained home in the hidden seaside town of Orient Point, close to the beautiful beaches of Culburra, surf, shops (including a large Woolworths), boat ramps and National Parks.

So, whether you want to surf, cycle, snorkel, fish, whale watch, beach walk, kayak or just do nothing on the sunny balconies taking in the expansive views, Mandala is ideally located and a great place to unwind.

Linen:

Linen Service full property all beds, $280 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote. If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Cleaning:

There is a cleaning fee of $150 at this property.

Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival. 

Extras available for hire include rollaway beds, porta-cots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. 

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. 

Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks or any illegal activities.  

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. 

This property is pet friendly there is a surcharge to have your pet stay – please declare at time of booking and refer to our terms and conditions regarding pets. 

This property will consider bookings for "schoolies". However, these bookings can only be made by application, please send us a message.  A comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay.

WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable. 

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
