Description

The Owl's Nest is a comfortable beach house with a relaxed holiday charm. This original cottage has had a makeover and will have you returning in no time. With comfort and style being important you are provided with air conditioning and ceiling fans as well as a cosy wood fire to curl up in front of through winter.

The living area is open plan with dining, lounge and kitchen leading out through glass doors to the large fenced backyard where you can bbq, play or just laze around.

There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and a separate 2nd toilet.

It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.
Extras available for hire include porta-cots and highchairs. Send us a message to check availability and cost.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of fire arms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service,we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

We had a fantastic few days at this property. The house is spacious, clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable! It’s a lovely quiet street with great beaches close by. A calm beach for little ones, & a patrolled beach with waves my teenagers loved. The town has good shops and a great feed at the Bowling club too. I would highly recommend it for a coastal escape! 5 stars all round!

10/10!
My partner and I had a great time having the home away from home experience and the kids were very content everyday. Amanda loved the deep bath and I loved the halo shower head. The Owl's Nest was very clean and well presented all at a very affordable price! We will be returning and making it our annual family retreat. The kids love the huge skate park within walking distance including the shops that are nearby. The Owl's Nest is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and I loved the walking distance to the beach each morning.

What a slice of heaven! Myself and my daughter stayed there during the school holidays and I can honestly say why have I not rented this house sooner. The house was close to amenities and within walking distance to beaches. The Owls Nest has all the mod cons, is clean and well furnished. It would suit a family as the large rear yard has plenty of space for the kids to run around. I would definitely be staying there again.
