The Art House is a fun, family-friendly beach retreat with a vibrant personality and plenty of room to spread out. Set over two levels, this four-bedroom home features two comfy living areas, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine), and all the essentials for a relaxed coastal holiday. Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps things cool or cosy in the living areas and main bedroom, while ceiling fans and electric heaters in the other rooms ensure comfort year-round. A playful and eclectic collection of artworks is displayed throughout the home, adding colour, charm and a creative flair to every corner. Families are well catered for too, with a high chair, portable cot (BYO linen), board games, books, WiFi and a safety gate for the top of the stairs.

The great outdoors is just as inviting, with a fully enclosed backyard that’s perfect for pets, kids and lazy afternoons in the sun. Fire up the gas BBQ and settle in for alfresco dining under the covered patio, or rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower after a morning swim. There’s parking for up to six vehicles (two in the garage and 4 in the driveway), plus extra space on the street if needed.
