**Linen**
All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for complimentary portable cot.
**Property Specific Notes**
Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost.
Unfenced dam on the property – guests to bring their own kayaks/ water equipment.
Access to this property is via an 600m unsealed driveway, uneven in places with small gutters running across the road. Guests will need to take care and drive slow down the driveway.
Please note this property has external security cameras at the front door facing away from house and the side of the house.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
