Entertaining is easy with access to the on the deck beside the pool. So close to the beach you can hear the waves.

At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where often you will see kangaroos roaming the fairways. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week. Pure Salt will be a place you will want to return to again and again. Prince Edward Escape is a quaint holiday cottage located approximately 300 m from the golden sands of dog friendly Culburra Beach.

Prince Edward Escape has been renovated throughout since it was purchased in late 2018. It is a perfect place to relax while listening to the sound of the ocean. It’s decked out with a large table with 8 chairs, a large cavalier umbrella and a SMEG stainless steel BBQ.

The house is perfectly laid out with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the house and a separate studio with lounge and TV and a bathroom attached. This also has a living area and bedding for a further 2 guests.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge and plenty of pots to help you to cook up a feast. Alternatively, the gas BBQ located on the deck is a great idea for evening family meals.

Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5-hour drive from Sydney CBD and approx. 3 hours from Canberra. Culburra Beach has remained non-commercial and its the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also offers you a variety of activities to everyone’s needs.

Just take your towel and stroll down the road which will take you to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Enjoy the beach with swimming, surfing, body boarding, snorkelling, windsurfing or fishing. Orient Point & Crookhaven Heads are also great spots for fishing. However, if you prefer to buy rather than catch the fish, at Greenwell Point you can buy excellent seafood that comes straight off the boats.

If you enjoy bushwalking, Morton & Conjola National Parks are only a short drive away. The local shops are an easy walk away where you can do all your grocery shopping with Woolworths, a fresh bakery, a butcher and more. No need to travel to Nowra for your supplies shop local!

Penguins Rest has been set up with comfort in mind and is an all-season destination with both air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Entry is through the glass bi-fold doors into the light-filled foyer/sitting room. An ideal spot for a quiet read with your favourite book, there are plenty to choose from.

Walkthrough into the open plan living area which opens onto the balcony and looks out over the water and beyond.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the cooking essentials you will need, alternatively walk out into the private courtyard and cook up a storm on the BBQ whilst again looking out over the water while you cook.

Comfortable bedding with 2 queen, and two single beds make this a getaway suitable for a small family or a few friends. Extra blankets are provided for further warmth during winter bookings.

The parking for this villa is one small/medium car in the garage and one other car parked parallel to the Unit. Any other cars must be parked off the premises. This is a Strata complex and Strata By Laws must be adhered to at all times when staying at any of these villas.
