**Property Specific Notes**
Please note that this property is a self-contained short-term rental in a hotel complex, it is not part of the hotel group or run as one. As such, we are unable to provide extra towels or linen during your stay. If your unit does not have a washer/dryer or if you do not wish to use the local laundromat, you may prefer to bring your own additional linen or towel supplies.
The unit is located next to the elevator and may experience occasional noise or disruptions from elevator use.
The maximum clearance height of 2M to access the undercover parking garage from Minnamurra Street. Park on the entry (ground) level, there is no designated parking space. You will need to be on the ground level to retrieve the swipe card from the key safe. There is no guarantee there will be a parking space available in the carpark and guests may need to park on the street.
This property is managed by the Strata, and guests must adhere to the Strata By-Laws.
This property is within a strata complex. Guests may not park in common driveway areas. There is an undesignated parking space for one car and limited on-street parking.
Pets are NOT permitted at this property.
WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for “Schoolies” breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
