**Property Specific Notes**
Bathroom underfloor heating is on an automatic timer. It is located in the vanity cupboard for a cleaner to access if it needs to be changed.
The house was fully renovated in May 2024, with new oak timber floors, lighting, painted internally and externally, new kitchen and bathrooms.
This property has external security cameras located outside the laundry door on the driveway. One looking to the front of the driveway, one looking to the rear of the driveway.
Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.
The property’s backyard is fully fenced.
Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
