The challenge 
Ravello was a solid performer, but we saw untapped potential. Together with the owner, we identified opportunities to modernise the property and elevate its guest appeal. 

The collaboration
Throughout 2024, the owner worked closely with us to improve the property and maximise revenue potential. Key updates included: 
- New kitchen counter to modernise the space 
- Renovation of the cabin 
- Fresh internal and external painting 
- Removal of security bars from windows 
- Updates to furniture and artwork 
- New professional photography to showcase the improvements 

The result 
A dramatic uplift in revenue, driven by improved presentation, better booking volume and increased guest nights.
