The Location -The duplex is situated across the road from Bagnalls Beach, where the water is crystal clear and aqua blue and the sand is pure white.

Access to the beach is less than 50m away from the front door step, and right on Bagnalls Beach Reserve. From here you can continue along the beach or through the bush on a gravel pathway to the eastern end of Bagnalls Beach and then around the headland to Dutchmans Beach and continuing into Nelson Bay. It is approx. 3km from the duplex to Nelson Bay, it is a very picturesque coastal walk or cycle and well worth the effort.

Nelson Bay township offers an array of aquatic activities including our famous dolphin cruises. There is also an abundance of cafes, take-aways, restaurants and boutique shops on offer for you to enjoy. There is a great Thai restaurant and general store/take away less than 200m up the road (West), and a little further on is Conroy Park which offers BBQ’s, picnic table, children’s playground, and public amenities. This park is parallel to Corlette Beach which leads to the Anchorage Marina (1km from duplex) where there is a delightful restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and hosting a magnificent bay view.

The Salamander Shopping Centre is only 3km away for all your holiday supplies.

The Duplex- This beautiful duplex is designed to invite, with so much warmth and character you will not want to leave. Set over two storeys, the main living area is situated on the first floor. You are greeted with an impressive open plan living area, boasting a stylish lounge area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area features a contemporary glass table with six chairs and the fully equipped modern kitchen with a fridge freezer, mounted oven and microwave, dishwasher and an Aldi’s coffee machine (BYO Pods) and everything you need for gourmet entertaining. This open plan area has been gracefully finished with sophisticated plantation shutters, polished floorboards and includes a ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning. It flows through to the balcony through glass sliding doors which open out to the width of the balcony. Here you will find a large outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ and offering filtered water views.

Continuing through to the back of the first floor you will discover the master bedroom, complete with a queen size bed, TV, plantation shutter, ceiling fan, carpet flooring and an ensuite with shower, plus a wardrobe.
Internal stairs lead down to the ground level which provides a fabulous rumpus/entertainment room, with double sofa bed, which also includes a lounge and large flat screen TV, a games area with a foosball and a study corner with computer screen and keyboard with access to Wi-Fi. Large grey tiles flow throughout this area, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and glass sliding doors that open out to a secure undercover driveway which provides secure parking for two cars and an outdoor solar shower to the side of the house.

To the back of the ground level you are pleasantly welcomed to a relaxing tranquil retreat and here you will also find the two other air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two king singles and ceiling fans in both. Accompanying the bedrooms is the main bathroom which features a modern shower and large bath plus a laundry with a front loader washing machine and a dryer.

La Cima@Nelson Bay

Sitting high on the hill above Nelson Bay, exquisite La Cima is a Hamptons style property with a twist of Spanish. Offering a spacious open plan living space this is a contemporary large townhouse with 180-degree, breathtaking views of across the waters of Port Stephens all the way to Hawks Nest and beyond.

La Cima is located only a 2-3 minute drive to the town centre and a 5 minute walk to Corlette and Dutchies swimming beaches, where the sand is pure white and the waters aqua blue. Take advantage of the location and beach proximity to take an early morning stroll, swim, snorkel or just relax on the sandy shore.

There is plenty of room for the water toys in the double lock up garage, and plenty of room for the cars as well.

Go for morning paddle, or grab a beach chair and head to the beach. In the morning/afternoon or evening take advantage of sitting on one of the two balconies, both North facing, lay back on the sun lounge and take in the breathtaking views beyond.

La Cima consists 3 bedrooms (1 king bed in the main bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 single beds in the third bedroom), and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony with ocean views and walk-in robe. The second bedroom and the third bedroom are also all located on the top level of the house, and air conditioned throughout the top floor. The main bedroom and lounge have separate balconies with ocean views bringing the aura of the outside in.

The kitchen is second to none, with an array of top quality appliances, including a dishwasher, leads through to the open plan air conditioned lounge and dining area tastefully decorated with quality Hamptons style furnishings and furniture. From every point within each of these spaces you are able to enjoy the blue water views beyond.

The living area opens out onto the balcony where you can relax, enjoy breakfast, cook a meal for the family on the bbq, soak up the sun with a book, watch the boats and yachts sail by on the waters below, or take in the sunsets with a glass of wine or two.

La Cima also has a fully equipped laundry, plus a double car garage.
