Dayz Dreamin is a two-level spacious four-bedroom home with its own private access onto the sands of Warrain Beach whilst Culburra surf beach is also only 500m from the property giving you options to encounter great waves dependant on the weather conditions.

Alternatively, head down the road to Lake Woolumboola and take in some still water activities. The property is family-oriented and suitable for a large family get together or two families wanting to share. The property can sleep up to 12 guests with expansive 180-degree ocean and beach views from the upstairs living area and balcony. Entertaining your large family is easy in the open plan kitchen with two drawer dishwasher, modern cooking appliances, and extras such as coffee machine, popcorn maker, blender and sandwich maker to name a few.

Level one has one queen bedroom, rumpus room with assorted books, games, TV with Xbox, which can also be used to play your DVDs and blue rays, futon lounge and bar area, as well as a small home gym setup. This leads out to a good-sized, fully fenced grassed backyard and glass fenced in-ground pool. Washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are provided in the laundry and a separate shower and toilet are also on this level.

Level 2 consists of three bedrooms, main with king bed and ensuite, walk-in robe and luxury deep bath to relax in, the bunk room has two sets of single bunks whilst the third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped and looking out over the living area with gas fireplace, large screen TV and onto the dining area, which has large glass doors leading you out onto a wide wrap-around deck. Lay back on the large lounges, enjoy BBQs and drinks while relaxing and looking out over the in-ground swimming pool and onto the views that take in Warrain Beach, Currarong and the headland.

Both upstairs and downstairs TVs are connected to WiFi, allowing you to access your own Netflix / Stan or Foxtel Go accounts, so you don’t miss out on your favourite show.

Relax and enjoy whilst watching out for whales, seals and dolphins that can often be spotted from the house. There are two bathrooms upstairs, including the ensuite with bath plus a third toilet. Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. Heaters are provided in every bedroom, ceiling fans and pedestal fans are located throughout the house, giving comfort with winter and summer bookings

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Great secluded place, only 5 mins from main part of town and a minute walk to the beach. Modern, with great amenities, stylish spaces, plenty of rooms/beds, big pool/backyard, and a small gym also available.

We stayed at this amazing place in Culburra beach. The photos don’t do the place justice. The proximity to the beach is perhaps no more than a 100m walk. It is tranquil, serene and a great getaway from the city. We stayed in winter, and saw surfers on the beach, very few people around, making it a great escape from our day jobs. We went running every day on the beach - there was a weight lifting room provided, and the views were fabulous. A couple of highlights from our stay - visiting Jim Wild’s oyster place and bringing back 4 dozen oysters and some champagne while the sun set, and the place with the tree top zip lining and climbing - our kids all loved that. Was fantastic in the winter, and I expect even better in the summer
