The Lobster Pot is a beautifully renovated, modern and spacious beach house tucked away in the relaxed surrounds of the beautiful beach village of Currarong. The clear waters, rock pools and sandy beaches are minutes away. The bush is right across the road. You will relax in the indoor and outdoor kitchen, dining and entertainment areas, the separate games room and the two TV rooms. The four large and beautifully furnished bedrooms comfortably sleep 12.

The house has two new bathrooms and there is a hot and cold shower in the garden to wash away the sand. The gourmet indoor kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast and a large dining table to enjoy it. Outside, the huge sun soaked deck offers a complete kitchen, dining and entertainment experience to enjoy the serenity of Currarong.

Adjoining the deck is a beautiful garden and a separate games room with a pool table and music. The property boasts four large bedrooms. Three of the rooms are beautifully appointed with queen size beds and slide wardrobes. The fourth bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds, two single trundle beds and plenty of room for active kids.

There are two separate TV rooms within the house to cater for different tastes within your group. Each room has a flat screen TV. The house also offers games for the young and old.

The Lobster Pot is set up well for both summer and winter breaks with reverse cycle air conditioning, fans and heaters provided. The back yard is fully fenced and has access for boat storage and is very suitable for children.

Tehidy Townhouse gets its name from the Cornish translation of a place of retreat, and this is exactly what is offered. It is a neat and tidy 2-storey villa that has been thoughtfully set up with your relaxation in mind. Recently renovated, it is fully self-contained with two bedrooms, a two-way bathroom, laundry, second separate toilet and fenced rear courtyard to relax in and enjoy a family BBQ.

On the entry-level, you will find the reverse cycle air-conditioned open-plan dining, lounge room and kitchen. The laundry with washing machine and separate toilet are located on the ground floor too. There is a TV and fast NBN WiFi to ensure entertainment for all when the sun goes down.

Sunshine Beach House is a stunning property for guests wanting quality and comfort, offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets, accommodating 8 people comfortably over 2 levels.

This spacious and light filled home will have you feeling relaxed the moment you walk in the door. On the ground floor there are 3 large bedrooms with 2 queen, 1 king bed and main bathroom with luxurious sunken bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Also on this level is a separate toilet, laundry and second living area. This leads out onto the deck that runs along the side of the house and is great for entertaining with large outdoor table and gas bbq. If quiet enough, you may see the resident Bower bird tending to his bower in the garden.

Upstairs you will find a generous size dining and kitchen area at the top of the stairs. This leads to a large lounge room with smart TV, Wi-Fi and fireplace which all flow out onto the comfortable and private front deck overlooking the native gardens. The master bedroom  (king bed) is at the rear of this level and includes an ensuite with walk in robe. This room looks out over the backyard filled with native gardens. There is a fourth (separate) toilet located upstairs also.

Louvered windows throughout the house provide air flow along with ceiling fans in the lounge areas and bedrooms. The dining table seats 8 with another 4 seats at the island bench. The kitchen is well laid out, housing modern appliances, a chef’s range of food preparation equipment and plenty of crockery, glassware and platters.

Go to sleep with the mesmerising sound of waves crashing on the shore, wake up to views of the sun rising over stunning Surf Beach and literally walk out of the apartment and next door to Silica Café for your first coffee of the day. Coronation Park is opposite for the kids and there is an array of different cuisines all within walking distance, including Encore Wine Bar & Grill also next door, for stress-free mealtimes.

With 1 queen bedroom and a twin room with a trundle, the apartment is perfect for 1-2 couples, 4-5 adults or a family with up to 3 children. It has been carefully and thoughtfully refurbished and styled in a soft palette, minimalist coastal style. The freshly painted walls and neutral, comfortable, padded flooring combine with soft furnishings in tones of olive green, light tan, grey, and dusky mushroom to create the most soothing and relaxing environment in which to unwind. The coastal artwork and décor on the open shelving also contribute to this soothing vibe.

St Tropez Beachside Luxe boasts 2 generously proportioned bedrooms also decorated in soothing tones, a sleek, modern, fully equipped kitchen, a stylish and comfortable open plan living area and an undercover balcony with outdoor setting and elevated view.
